London Broil – Dehydrated onion, garlic, celery, carrot, tomato, bell pepper powder, Italian seasoning, brown sugar, salt, pepper and other spices.

Chimichurri - Oregano, black pepper, crushed chilies, basil, savory, cumin, parsley, smoked paprika, garlic, onion, lime juice, salt.

Asian Sesame- Our signature teriyaki seasoning, sesame seeds, ginger, sesame seed oil powder, salt, sugar, white pepper, scallions

Mediterranean Curry- Garam masala, curry powder, hyssop, fenugreek, mint, sugar, salt, pepper.

Fits All of Our Products: *

Quick Dips -  Combine 1 CUP Sour Cream 1 CUP Mayonnaise. Add desired amount of our product and stir well. We suggest to start with 2 teaspoons and add more if needed for richer flavor.  Serve with potato chips, tortilla chips, pretzels, fresh veggies, and much more. (Don't use Miracle Whip. It has too much sugar and ruins the taste of the dip.) Chill for at least 6 hours.

Cream Cheese Spreads - Use 8oz Cream cheese and 2 TBSP of Mayo., 2 teaspoons of our product. Stir well and add more if desired. Goes wonderful on fresh veggies, crackers, breads, bagels, steamed veggies and more. Chill for at least 6 hours.

Cheese Balls - Use 16 oz. of cream cheese for your favorite cheese ball recipe and roll it in our herb blend.  As an option, you can mix 2 tea spoons (or more for more flavor) with cream cheese and roll the cheese ball in crushed nuts, dried chopped fruit and berries, fresh chives and other fresh herbs. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before use to let the flavor develop.

Salad Dressing- Mix a 1/2 package of a product (or more for richer flavor) in 2 cups oil and 1 cup vinegar, salt and sugar to taste. Let stand for 2 hours, then  shake and use. For creamy dressings make just like you would a dip, add a half a cup of milk to thin it out, salt and sugar to taste. Let stand for at least 6 hours in a refrigerator and serve.

Marinade - Mix 1/2 package with 1/2 cup of your favorite oil and  1 cup of wine, vinegar, lemon juice or low sodium soy sauce. 

Bread Oil Dips- Mix a package of herbs with 2 TBSP of your favorite balsamic reduction and 2 TBSP of grated hard cheese like Parmesan or Pecorino Romano, let stand for 2 hours. For individual servings scoop 1/2 teaspoon of balsamic, herb and cheese mix onto a bread plate and pour ¼ cup of your favorite oil on top. For group portion use larger dipping vessel and ½ teaspoon of balsamic, herb and blend and ¼ cup of oil per person.

Whipped Butter -  Add 2 teaspoons of our product into 1 lb of softened butter. Whip with whisk or blender until well combined, transfer into a butter mold or container, chill for 2 hours in a refrigerator. Add sugar, sugar alternative or honey to make it sweet.

Make it warm-  Mix 1/2 package of product with 1 cup of sour cream or mayo and 8oz block of cream cheese. Put in a microwave safe container and warm up on medium speed for 30 sec, stir and repeat until desired temperature is achieved. Be careful, contents 

will be hot. Use pot holders or oven mitts. You can also do this in the oven, using oven safe dish. Warm up oven to 350F, place dip in the oven safe dish, cover the top with aluminum foil, so it is not touching the top of the dip. Place it  in the oven on top of a cookie sheet covered with foil or parchment paper. Heat for 10 min. Take dip out using oven mitts, stir and repeat the heating process till desired temperature is achieved.You can also sprinkle dip with your favorite cheese or seasoned breadcrumbs and bake uncovered till golden crust forms. Let it cool for couple of minutes and enjoy!

For Healthier Option- Skip mayo and use 2 cups of sour cream or plain Greek or 0 calorie plain yogurt instead.

For Dairy Free Option – Substitute dairy products with dairy free yogurt or sour cream alternatives.

For Vegan Option - Replace mayonnaise with vegan substitute.

Infused Oil - Empty a 1/2 bag of herbs into a large enough empty oil dispenser, fill with 16 oz of your favorite oil, cover and shake. You can leave it on the counter for up to 1 month.(Do not use our products containing dairy powders for this recipe)*

Compound butter - Mix a 1/2 bag of herbs with 1 lb of softened butter and portion it into an ice cube mold. 

Freeze and use when needed for cooking,

Hummus -  Blend together two 12 oz cans of garbanzo beans without liquid,  1/4 cup sesame seed paste (Tahini), 1./4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup lemon juice,  1/2 package of Garden Herb Cocktails or Gourmet Flavor Blends, salt & pepper to taste. Transfer into a serving bowl and chill for at least 6 hours. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
